Ask Your MP to Support Migraine Awareness Week

Migraine Awareness Week 2026 is 21st - 27th September and launches our new campaign, #BelieveMe.

We want MPs to understand that, when people with migraine speak about the impact it has on their lives, they are often not believed - at work, by the health service or in conversation.

If MPs like yours believe what people with migraine say about the impact that migraine has on their lives, they will be more likely to work with us to improve migraine care.

As MPs, they can:

  • Raise migraine care in Parliament and help put it on the Government’s agenda

  • Put pressure on local NHS bodies to improve migraine care in your area

  • Highlight what the Government and employers should be doing to ensure that people with migraine are believed at work and get the adjustments they need

Please enter your postcode below to see a template email to your MP which asks them to raise awareness of Migraine Awareness Week online, speak up about migraine in Parliament and meet with the team at The Migraine Trust to work with us.

Please take a look at the paragraph in bold. You can use it to tell your MP about your own experiences or - if you do not add any detail - please delete that paragraph.
